Missions :

ANAPEC is hiring for, PRINTEMPS DOHA, the largest department store in the Middle East. PRINTEMPS is a French Department Store, which has been in France for around 170 years. It will be opening in September 2022 in DOHA

Job Purpose

A Personal Shopper is responsible for providing our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as a Company's ambassador. Passion for sales and with strong commercial mindset is essential. Also it will strive to discover the VIP Clientsand their every need, and guide them across the store. Be a strong style advisor for the client (e.g. fashion conscious) assess the client’s style and match with product recommendations. Being updated of brands and having precise product knowledge. Find leads to new VVIP clients.

More than a Sales associate but as a true personal ‘advisor’- someone who has a strategic sales mindset, willingness to learn and a passion for forming meaningful relationships with a global clientele.

The Personal Shopper and is responsible for managing activities intended to achieve sales objectives, namely: promoting product attributes to the client, developing and enhancing their skills to increase sales results, and participating in the promotion of a positive work/store environment.

Personal Shopper drive a company's product and/or service sales by actively seeking out prospects and pursuing sales opportunities.

Requirements

Degrees : DIPLOMA OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Complementary :

Qualification:

-At least 5 years of experience in the retail industry or similar industry

-Superior verbal and written communication skills

-Visual merchandising background

-Ability to work with leaders to maintain consistency across all stores

-Commercial awareness

Job Specific Skills:

-Fluentin Arabic and English, both written and verbal (Inter-personal communication skills )

-Ability to work in a team-driven environment

-Integrity, trust, commercial Mindset & professional Attitude
