Job description

Missions :

Role Objective

To assist the BU to effectively and successfully managing the daily resource allocation of the projects as per contractual guidelines, by managing the Professional Services BU coordination and provide all support related to scheduling appointments and meetings, drafting, typing, sending and following up on letters and/or documents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

¨          Coordinate educational and promotional activities that enhance the knowledge of the public and community regarding the availability and need for e-Government programmes and services.

¨          Assist the Manager Programme Coordination Office in examining technical and technology documentation for completeness and accuracy.

¨          Provide administrative support for all e-Government projects and to all the internal project managers and external stakeholders.

¨          Assist in translation of reports and presentations to outside audience.

¨          Conduct research related to projects, as and when required.

¨          Review project related documents at the initiation phase for resource allocation and budgeting and assist the Manager Programme Coordination Office with the same.

¨          Identify and analyze external stake holder’s requirements.

¨          Maintain contact with the project's service providers to ensure timely activity, integration and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.

¨          Coordinate practical details of the transfer of the care, custody and control of the final product or services, including assembly and transfer of operational and maintenance documentation.

¨          Prepare a variety of monthly and quarterly reports on program/project activities and operations and gather statistical as requested by the Manager Programme Coordination Office.

Requirements

Degrees : 5 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE, MASTER'S DEGREE, MBA

Background experience : About 4-7 years of related experience of which a minimum of 2-3 years should be in a similar position / responsibility, preferably in a similar Industry.

Complementary :

Educational Qualifications:

University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Information Technology from a recognized university.

Soft Skills and Languages:

·         Bilingual – English and Arabic

·         Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Duration contract : 2 years ( Renewable)

Salary : 10 000 - 15 000 QAR /month
