Job description

Missions :

• Responsible for complete operation of Back of House on all floors, responsible to maintain International & Local receiving, warehousing and distribution.  
• Check physical items with Invoice make sure the article #, size and colour matches with the invoice.
• Reconcile the PO with Invoice and if there is any query in Price, Size and colour prepare a query form and inform to Logistics/Merchandize office to rectify.                                                                      
• Shortage, Excess or Damage report should be submitted to Logistics immediately after complement of Physical receiving.                                                         
• Ensure that the barcodes and Security tagging are done as per the tagging guide lines.
• Receiving reports along with the relevant document should be send to Logistic /Account as a priority.
• Stock are being issued from the BOH to store.
• Ensure that the Transfers should have a sign after the stock been received in store by the department head.
• Check the return stock from store and allocate on the location.                           
• Maintain a clear organized filling system for record keeping.  
• Responsible for the stock take of Warehouse and Store.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
• Ensure that the Warehouse is clean and the Air Condition temperature is as required for Cosmetics.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Degrees : NO DIPLOMA

Background experience : Minimum 5 years of experience is related field
