Job description

Missions :

§   Greet and welcome customers, provide consistently excellent customer service by demonstrating thorough product knowledge by managing the ordering, suggestive selling and all payment procedures are adhered to, in particular cash handling, and performed in an accurate and precise manner to avoid customer complain.

§   Ensure the correct menus are always available

§   Presents menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.

§   Take orders from patrons for food or beverages and relay it to the kitchen and bar staff.

§   Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

§   Serve food and/or beverages to patrons; prepare and serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

§   Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and take them to kitchen for cleaning.

§   Presents bill to customers and accept payment.

§   Follow the company standards and policies relating to health and safety, security, energy and first aid procedures.

§   Set up and clean the front of house service areas (dining, toilet and counter tops areas) and ensures the guest tables are cleaned and relayed in a quick and efficient manner according to the standards, and the subsequent handover and closing duties ensuring the readiness of the store operations every shifts.

§   Present at the pre-service briefing and be in constant communication with the kitchen team and deliver ordered food to the customer table in accordance to the table standard and timely manner.

§   Reports service area faulty equipment, machinery, service-ware and any related issues/incidents to the Manager to ensure smooth running of daily store operations

§   Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

Degrees : DIPLOMA OF PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION

Background experience : 2-3 years experience as Waiter/Waitress/Front of House Satff preferably in QSR categories

Sex : Male

Age : Maximum 35 y/o

Language :

English : Good

Complementary :

Minimum Qualifications:

§   High School Diploma, or depending on previous experience and aptitude.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities, Job Specific:

§   Good Communication skills

§   Strong customer service orientation and POS skills
 Ability to adapt to a multi-cultural environment
