Job description

Missions :

§  Lead the team on each shift and coordinate tasks, assign duties and responsibilities to employees in accordance with work requirements.

§   Ensures that company service standards are upheld and all tasks are being completed according to procedural guidelines and time lines.

§  Check if customers are enjoying their meals and resolve customer complaints regarding food service so that it leaves customers satisfied and impressed.

§  Monitor the dining floor to ensure all customers’ needs are being acknowledged and attended to in an efficient and friendly manner.

§  Ensure that the dining area is set, clear, clean and ready for service.

§  Train workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation, and safety procedures.

§  Ensure that all safety rules, emergency procedures and fire prevention regulation are strictly enforced by employees.

§  Ensure that both he and his staff report on duty punctually, maintaining a high standard or personal grooming and wearing the correct uniform at all times.

§  Other tasks as assigned.

Position Objective: 

Responsible in assisting and supporting the Assistant Manager in overseeing and coordinating the activities of workers engaged in preparing and serving food.

Requirements

Degrees : 2 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE (AA, AS)

Background experience : Minimum of 5 years experience in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent +  Minimum of 2 years in Supervisory position in the food service sector, preferably in hotel chains

Sex : Male

Age : Maximum 35 y/o

Language :

English : Fluent

Complementary :

-Excellent knowledge in safe and proper food handling in restaurant setting

-With Customer Service and Technical skills particularly in the food service industry

Contract : CDD

Duration contract : 2 years

Salary : 3700 QAR+ Food allowance of 300 QAR QAR /month
