Job description

Missions :

§  Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline staff under area of responsibility. Communicate job expectations, plan, monitor, appraise performance and enforce company policy and procedures.

§  Ensure that all staff adhere and comply with company policy procedures, uniform standards, hygiene and safety, licensing and other legal regulations.

§  Analyze restaurant sales levels and profitability. Create and execute plans for departmental sales, profit and staff development.

§  Set budgets and/or agreeing them with senior management.

§  Control costs without compromising standard.

§  Prepare reports at the end of the shift/week/month as required including staff control, food control and sales.

§  Organize marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes.

§  Make improvements to the running of the business and developing the restaurant.

§  Meet and greet customers and organize table reservations.

§  Respond to customer complaints.

§  Prepare cash drawers and provide petty cash as required.

§  Help in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate.

§  Performs other duties as assigned on the weekly schedule.

Position Objective: 

Responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day operations of restaurant are running efficiently and profitably while maintaining high standards of food, service, and health and safety.

Requirements

Degrees : 2 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE (AA, AS)

Background experience : At least 3 years of employment in a related position in international environment

Sex : Male

Age : Maximum 35 years old

Language :

English : Fluent

It skills :  Good computer skills with a working knowledge of MS office, MICROS

Complementary :

§  Proven management and organizational skills

§  Fluency in English is mandatory.

§  Ability to appreciate “the big picture”, whilst having a talent for detail and an inherent hands-on philosophy to getting things done

§  High degree of personal loyalty & integrity

§  Have good restaurant operations experience
