Job description

Missions :

§  Manage daily operation through effective leadership and develop Floor supervisor to ensure key targets are met. This involves taking a «Hands-on»approach to lead by example and demonstrate best practice.

§  Control duty schedules for staff to meet business needs and remain on target with payroll budget. Liaise with Restaurant Manager on new structures, full time hires, salary increases etc

§  Planning ahead and ensuring adequate resources are available.

§  Managing the Restaurant operation and taking action where necessary to ensure smooth running of shifts and operation and develop good working relationship with the staff and the Chefs.

Position Objective: 

Responsible in supporting and managing the floor supervisor of the day to day operation, provide leadership, create a working environment that supports organizational values and deliver outstanding customer service.

§  Analyze key figures and prepare action plan in order to improve the same.

§  Demonstrate initiative at all times, proactively seek new and better ways of doing business.

§  Analyze guest data from all sources and communicate to the team.

§  Positively deal with and learn from customer complaints and comments.

§  Actively support preparation of restaurant promotions.

§  Making sure all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and effectively.

§  Control costs without compromising standards.

§  Keep the team up to date on company activities, policies and regulations through regular communication.

§  Maintain and develop in- depth technical knowledge, safety procedures and skills required for the job.

§  Ensure the health, safety and well being of customers and all Restaurant staff.

§  Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Degrees : 2 YEAR UNIVERSITY DEGREE (AA, AS)

Background experience : 2-3 years of employment in a related position in an international environment

Sex : Male

Age : Maximum 35 y/o

Language :

English : Fluent

It skills : Good computer skills with a working knowledge of MS Office

§  Proven management and organizational skills

§  Fluency in English is mandatory.

§  Ability to appreciate “the big picture”, whilst having a talent for detail and an inherent hands-on philosophy to getting things done

§  High degree of personal loyalty & integrity

§  Have good restaurant operations experience
