Job description

Missions :

To provide a high level of customer service through excellent knowledge of product and procedures, to rotate through departments as required and assist in all store related tasks. To effectively work in a team to achieve the monthly and consequentially the yearly budget.

Take every opportunity to sell to the customer, through:

·         Acknowledging and responding to individual needs of the customer

·         Based on information gained, select appropriate products for the customer, (considering age of the child, trends and budget)

·         Promoting best-sellers and current WOW offers to increase basket size

·         Promoting  brand exclusive product and service

·         Using different sales techniques and channels, according to the situation/activity (tills, dressing room etc)

Products handled : Toys, books and baby products (girls, boys, Rzone, outdoor, learning, family)

Work place : UNITED ARABE EMIRATES

Requirements

Degrees : HIGH SCHOOL

Background experience : 1 to 2 years Retail experience

Sex : Indifferent

Language :

English : Fluent
Arabic : Fluent

Complementary :

QUALIFICATION, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE :

·         1 to 2 years Retail experience

·         A customer focused approach including the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner

·         The ability to work in a team, but also on own initiative

·         Confident and effective at providing information and individual guidance to customers face to face

·         Respect for customer confidentiality

·         Flexibility in working hours because of the different shifts 

D.    COMPETENCY PROFILE:

·         A keen interest in Toys in general

·         A passion for children

·         Strong attention to detail
