Job description

Missions :

  • Troubleshoot with customer and solve internet, landline, IP-TV and mobile problems .
  • Troubleshoot with the customer network problems, windows problems, router configurations, IP-TV problems, I-phone and blackberry software issues and inquiries.
  • Use applications to analyze the case.
  • Covering billing dept.
  • Be the link between the customer and various departments.
  • Resolves customer requests, questions and complaints frequently requiring analysis of situations to determine best use of available tools.
  • Educate the customers about new or additional services and educate the customer how to use it in best way.
  • Knowledgeable of customer needs and how to satiate it.
  • Handling billing complains and inquiries.
  • Cross selling to the customer according to his usage for the different services.

Requirements

Degrees : NO DIPLOMA

Background experience : Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience);Call center experience. (Preferable

Complementary :

Very good communication skills. – English + Arabic (mandatory)

2-      Very good customer service skills. (mandatory)

3-      Good English accent. (mandatory)

4-      Internet troubleshooting background or IT background (if there is any ISP experience). (mandatory)

5-      Call center experience. (Preferable)

6-      I-phone and blackberry experience. (Preferable)

7-      VIP customer service experience. (Preferable)

8-     No Specific diploma required
